Bio: Jim Williams was born in St. Louis, MO, and moved to the Phoenix area at a very young age. He attended both elementary and high school in the Phoenix area. He is a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. He began his lending career with a local savings and loan, and has also worked in banking, and mortgage banking. He has over 30 years experience in local residential lending. Jim recently joined Legacy Home Mortgage as a Senior Loan Officer. He brings to Legacy a wealth of knowledge and years of working experience. He offers a variety of financing for both purchases and refinances. He has loan programs for conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA (Rural Housing.) With his proven track record, he knows what it takes to get a loan transaction closed. You can put your trust and loan transaction in his hands and be confident it will be handled in a professional manner. He is married, has four adult children, and lives in the Pebblecreek Community of Goodyear. He’s an avid sports fan, both college and professional.
